Aims

To empower learners to make positive changes in their local environment/community

Role

Take the lead in carrying out an Environmental Review of the school environment, covering the following eight areas: Litter, Waste, Energy, Water, Transport, School Grounds, Healthy Living and Global Citizenship

Create an action plan based on the Environmental Review

Take the lead in delivering the Eco-Schools Action Plan

Monitor and evaluate the action plan to ensure this is put into practice

Ensure that the wider school and community is aware of the Eco-Schools programme and represented in the decision-making process by informing and involving

Create an Eco Code for Jubilee Park Primary School
