●    Collaborate to decide issues that they would like to address in school
●    Take the lead in carrying out research, analysing and sharing feedback
●    Be respectful of opinions and remain unbiased
●    Ensure everyone in the school community is fairly represented in the consultation process
●    Provide a link between pupils, teachers, senior leadership team, governors and the whole school community
